Fireworks
The current bylaw addressing the topic of fireworks in Nanton is Bylaw 1204 (2009). Section 14 Fireworks14.1 - No person shall use Fireworks or permit the use of Fireworks on his or her property or property under his or her control, within the boundaries of the Town. | |
| 14.2 - Subject to section 14.1, authorization for Fireworks will only be issued for the discharge of professional Fireworks and discharged by a minimum Level 2 Fireworks Supervisor as accredited by Natural Resources Canada. | |
Authorizations under section 14.2 are dealt with jointly between Town Administration, Community Peace Officers, and the Fire Chief.
