Enter building via SW corner door (middle red door, which should have a sign installed). We are trying to keep arena public use separate from Council use from the outset as the Warm Room is accessible via 3 different sets of stairs and avoiding dependency on the rink entrance will reduce security/monitoring issues for arena staff.
