Town of Nanton invites proposals for professional audit services to satisfy legislated reporting requirements under the Municipal Government Act, and stakeholder requirements for audited financial statements. 

The Town uses Diamond (Microsoft Great Plains) software to record all financial transactions. 

Approximate 2019 recording volume includes: 
Number of general ledger accounts 
 900 active accounts 
Number of deposits including EFT payment 
 1,050 in the year 
Number of AP transactions

4,090 in the year

Number of general AR invoices  300 in the year 
Number of tax notices  1,234 in the year 
Number of payroll periods  26 in the year 

It is expected that volumes for 2020 will remain at a similar level.
