Utility Billing

Utility bills are sent out every two months at the end of February, April, June, August, October, and December. The fees included in the utility bills are Water, Stormwater, Sewer, Recycling, and Garbage fees.

Bills are addressed to the property owner’s name, as per the Land Titles notification.

If you prefer to pay your water, sewer, or garbage utility bills directly through your bank account, you can enroll in the town's pre-authorized payment plan for utilities. Even with this plan, the account holder will still receive a paper copy of the bi-monthly bill. The Town will directly debit your bank account on the 15th of the month following your utility bill.

Additionally, utility bills can be emailed out to you as a convenient option. Please note that there is a $1.50 surcharge for bills sent by regular mail. To sign up for e-send, please click here for the form.
