When
On February 2, 2026, Council held a Special Meeting for the sole purpose of formally cancelling the scheduled Regular Council Meeting and Public Hearing that evening. This decision was made due to of the tragic loss of three Southern Alberta Mustangs players and out of respect for the families, billet families, teammates, and community members who are grieving.
Council extends its deepest condolences to all those affected.
